We provide services at your door steps. You no longer need to leave you house or workplace to get your phone, tablet, Macbook, laptop & Surface Pro repaired. You can carry on with your day. We do not need to come into your home or work place just to the door to collect your device. We repair phones, tablets, Macbooks, laptops & Surface Pro’s in under 1 hour on most repairs. We don’t just offer swap out repairs, we can do micro soldering to, meaning we can fix most things. A full repair service no matter the problem. We are a dedicated mobile, computer repairer, not a phone accessories shop dabbling in repairs. We are the only mobile repairer in the Sweden offering the range of repairs outside your home or work. We offer a No Fix No Fee promise. This means if we cannot fix your device there is nothing to pay (Diagnostic / software repair / water damaged excluded.) We only use quality parts, we do not use cheap parts off the internet or Ebay. We source quality parts that we know will last. We are a small business, so when you call us you will speak to one of us and it is us that will be coming out to fix your phone or tablet. We will be around for your warranty. If you are not happy with any repair we will re do, or re fit the original parts, and there is no charge. If you are not happy there is nothing to pay. (If your part is damaged taking it off we may not be able to re fit it, but we will remove ours and not charge you anything.) We are sometimes asked, why are you not as cheap as some repair shops? The answer is simple, we fit quality parts, we aim for the highest grade, so your phone, tablet, Macbook or laptop will look like new. We also come out to you and the time it takes to drive to and from you, we cannot be doing other jobs, so we have to take this into account, but how valulable is your time, is a small saving worth the effort and hassle of going to a shop, waiting around for it, and then getting a screen that is poor quality and when it goes wrong hey will not honour your warranty? All of our prices are published on the website, nothing is hidden. No call out fees, one price for everyone. You can pay upfront, or pay after the repair using a credit or debit card as our van has a chip and pin machine, the choice is yours. For business account customers they can pay on account. If you have Paypal Credit you can spread the cost. We offer free Business Accounts to all our Business customers, with no minimums, no retainers. For the majority of repairs all data on your phone is secure. We do not wipe your data. We do recommend you back up your phone before any repair just as a precaution.
